How to Train your Dragon: The Hidden World

How to Train your Dragon is a show that I grew up with. It has many different movies, shows, and parts, but I very recently watched the latest movie, and it was amazing, heartwarming, and heartbreaking, all in one movie.
This movie branched out from previous events that happened in the show beforehand. Basically, Hiccup, the main character, is a Viking, who lives in a Viking village. Vikings believed that dragons and people shouldn't co-exist, and killed any dragon in their path. One day, Hiccup, the chief of the village's son, was training for dragon slaughtering. While he was walking about in the woods, he found an injured dragon. Well actually, he saw this dragon before. The night before, he saw the dragon in the sky flying around. He shot at it, causing it to lose a part of its tail that was critical in order for it to fly straight. Once he saw the dragon injured, he was ready to kill it, but something stopped it. He didn't want to. He found out a bunch of things about dragons just by gaining the trust of one. he eventually shows his fellow classmates in training camp and they all worked together to make the people of the village see that they don't need to kill dragons, they can befriend them.
Along the way, they find out many mysteries about dragons and have to face many enemies to keep dragons safe. They eventually become known as dragon riders, as in order to keep dragons safe they often rode dragons. Hiccup always rode the dragon that he had first trained. He was able to invent a prosthetic part for the dragon which he named, Toothless, to let him be able to fly again. There was something very special about Toothless though, he was a Night Fury, a rare dragon, and one of the most powerful dragons, along with another dragon called Light Furries. This made him a big target.
In the movie, we see that the village welcomes dragons, but are overcrowded having to take care of them. Hiccup's dad always told him about a hidden world for just dragons and thought that if they moved everyone there, fewer enemies would attack trying to steal all the dragons. There was someone that made things very difficult for Hiccup though. He was a dragon hunter and wanted to kill the Night Furry.
Luckily, they were able to get rid of the dragon hunter and was able to find the hidden world. Sadly though, they realized how unsafe it was for dragons, and even though it hurt, they let the dragons go off into the world without them.
It was a sad ending, but I think it was a very good movie.
