My Hero Academia

 

My Hero Academia is anime, which means cartoon in Japanese. Even though I need to watch it in Japanese, I can just read the subtitles. The story is really good! 80% of the world's population has a quirk or superpower. The main character of the story, Izuku Midoryia also known as Deku is quirkless. He always wanted to have a quirk so he could become a superhero. Superheros got paid by the government to protect Japan, and that's what he wanted to do. Growing up he got bullied a lot because he never had a quirk. One day that all changed. His favorite superhero All Might saved him from a villain and was able to have a conversation with him. He asked even if he didn't have a quirk could he still become a hero. All Might saw that he could be a great hero and said he received the One for All quirk from his mentor. Later on, the show revealing he used to be quirkless too. Every person with the One for All power must give it to someone else. So he trained to be a hero, and he eventually got the quirk. That leading to how he became the best superhero ever! ♡
