The Legend of Korra is a really good show. Although it isn't in my top 3 favorites, it is at least in my top 12. This show is a show that is based on another show called "Avatar." I have never watched the show Avatar before, but the Legend of Korra takes place in the same world of the show Avatar, just it takes place years later. Both of these shows have something called bending. People can bend one element. Only one. The elements are fire, water, earth, and air. Along with fire, you can also control lightning, along with earth you can also control metal, and along with water, they can also form ice. Water benders also on a full moon can control blood bending. That means that they can manipulate one's blood and control their body. Although there has been a lot of mutations when it came to bending, there was also a thing called non-benders. That meant that they couldn't bend anything at all. There was also something called the Avatar. The Avatar was given the gift to do all of the bendings. They were supposed to control peace and unity over all the people.
In the show Avatar, there was the story of how all of the Elements started fighting one another until all the Elements were grouped off to separate tribes. The time when the Avatar needed to help keep peace and unity the most, he vanished. For over a hundred years the Avatar never came back until the main character of the show Aang realized he was the avatar and so on so on. I really don't know anything else on the show the Avatar, but the show the Legend of Korra is basically how Aang when died reincarnated into Korra, and Korra became the Avatar. The whole show is basically Korra's adventures to defeat evil and leave the world with peace.
There's also a lot of love and drama in between the characters as well. That is a lot of the part why I like the show.
