The Promised Neverland is a show that I started two days ago. Don't let the picture deceive you, because the show is actually kinda scary. And I'm not gonna lie, the only reason that I'm still watching the show is probably because of all the mystery and eeriness it has to it. Let me further explain.
These kids live in an orphanage. None of them knew their family, nor tried to learn about their family because they were happy just where they were. The housekeeper, who they call their mom raised all of the children from when they were very young. The three main characters of the show are Emma, Ray, and Noorman, who are the oldest of the group all being the age of 11.
Once every 1-2 months, the children get "new homes" with "new families." Well, that's a huge lie. One day, when Conny, one of the youngest of the bunch got to go to her "new home." She accidentally left her beloved stuffed bunny. Two of the three oldest decided they would try to bring it to her, as she wouldn't remember them without it. The two were Emma and Noorman. They skipped happily in the night sky hoping that conny wouldn't already be gone and that they could still get her the bunny just in time. When they got there, they saw vans. They looked inside to see Conny, but instead of the happy healthy Conny, she wasn't alive. They even discovered demons ate her.
Now, knowing that they were being raised just to be eaten by demons these 3 children have to try and get the rest of their siblings out of there and not be eaten.
